Deepak Khadka

Chief Executive Officer

Deepak is the Chief Executive Officer of Crown Institute of Business and Technology. He graduated in B Sc (Civil Engineering) from Adamson University, Philippine. After graduating he moved to Hong Kong where he established a successful Engineering firm, Pacific Crown Engineering Pty Ltd, where he served as a Managing Director for more than a decade. After migrating to Australia, he has been working as the Chief Executive Officer of Crown Institute of Business and Technology since its establishment in 2008. He is involved in many community and social activities and currently serves as the Honorary Consulate General of Nepal for NSW.

Narayan Tiwari

RTO Manager

Narayan has been working as RTO Manager of Crown Institute of Business and Technology since 2012. Prior to this position he worked as a Director of Studies of Vocational Education and Training with another private RTO in Sydney for 6 years. He has been working in the Australian Vocational Education and Training sector for the past 15 years. He graduated from Kathmandu University in Engineering and holds a postgraduate degree in Information and Communication Technology from The University of Wollongong. He is currently at the final stage of his doctoral thesis researching on leadership practices in the Australian higher education sector at the Western Sydney University.

Tina Jee

Administration Manager

Tina is Administration Manager of Crown Institute of Business and Technology, and has been since 2011. Tina graduated from Kyungpook National University with a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of English Language and Linguistics in Feb 1996. She also holds a Master of Education from Macquarie University and a Master of Multimedia Design from the University of Sydney. After completing her studies, Tina worked as an Administration Manager at another private RTO in Sydney for 7 years. She has extensive experience in Australian Vocational Education and Training, after involvement in the sector for nearly one and half decades.

Nasheta Nahreen

Compliance Manager

Nasheta graduated from University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). She has vast experience in the Vocational Education Sector (VET) and has been involved in various roles. She enjoys working with all Organisational levels and is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable working environment. Her outstanding strengths include facilitation, communication and leadership. Nasheta’s passion for Training and Education has motivated her to join the VET Industry.

Chris Kim

Academic Manager (ACT Campus)

Chris has been working in the Australian Vocational Education and Training sector as a Director of Studies for 7 years before joining CIBT in Canberra. He graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional Accounting) and also has extensive experience of managing various campuses as General Manager with another Private RTO. He has excellent management skills and always passionate about learning and a good team player.

Aris Ortanez

Marketing Manager

Experienced Marketer and Business Development Manager with demonstrated contributions to the growth of a number of local and international organisations. More than 15 years experience in managing the operation and promotion of Vocational and Higher Education programs in Sydney Australia. He gained solid skills set in marketing communication and business development and contributed to the vertical expansion of private education providers including, health sciences, online courses, vocational and higher education. Experienced in designing business, recruitment, marketing plan, and admission and organisational policies. He has been involved in developing network of international education agents and contacts from local and international Institutions and Universities.

Zaklina Nedelkoski

Training Manager

Zaklina (Jackie) is a Training Manager at Crown Institute of Business and Technology. She has worked in the VET sector for over 10 years and has extensive experience in planning, organising and delivering course materials, accessing competencies, managing the academic team and actively participating in validation processes. Zaklina holds a Bachelor of Art in Visual Communications Degree with Major in Graphic Design. Whilst completing her degree, she had also completed Certificate of Educational Studies through correspondence from the College of Teachers London. She had also gone to complete her Diploma of Management and Diploma of Advertising.

Hafiz Istahud

Training Manager

Hafiz is the Training Manager at Crown Institute of Business and Technology. He enjoys teaching every level of management students. He has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from University of Madras, India and Master’s degree in Information System from the Central Queensland University. He has taught students at various RTOs and has an extensive knowledge of VET sector. He loves to involve himself with continuous improvement and networking with other professionals working in the sector.

Rita Shakya

Student Support / Admin Officer

Rita is the Student Support / Admin Officer at CIBT since 2015. With her strong work ethics and highly organised nature she has been adding extensive value to Administrative and Student Support team. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting qualification from Central Queensland University. She has almost a decade of experience as a Duty Manager in Starbucks Coffee in Australia from where she gained extensive experience in dealing with cash, banking and managerial tasks. In Addition, she was also privileged to be a Student Mentor in her University and Learning Coach/Duty Roster Specialists at Starbucks Coffee. She thoroughly enjoys working with the enthusiastic team of CIBT and is keen to exceed the company’s expectation.

Si Tsung

Account Officer

Si Tsung is an account officer in the Crown Institute of Business and Technology family since 2019. She is originally from Hong Kong and has been living in Australia for more than 5 years. She holds a Master’s Degree of Commerce (Management Accounting) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and a Bachelor’s degree from Griffith University in International Tourism and Hotel Management. She is a detail-minded, careful and easy-going person. Outside of work, she likes meeting friends from all around the world and therefore she enjoys the diversity of the workplace. She embraces the Crown institute culture and is now a part of the family.

Ratama Jumroonsiri

Student Support / Admin Officer

Ratama (Jane) is a Student Support / Admin Officer at Crown Institute of Business and Technology. She joined CIBT in 2014. She graduated from Thammasat University, with Bachelor’s degree in Social Administration. After her graduation she moved to Australia and has been living here since then. She is passionate about assisting International Students to have a quality time when studying at CIBT. Working with students from a variety of backgrounds and experiences is both informative and encouraging for Jane. In her free time, Jane loves to go to the beach or enjoys hiking. Jane is always keen to identify students who need extra help with their learning and provide excellent personal support.

Seika Ezaki

Student Support / Marketing Officer

Seika started working for Crown Institute of Business and Technology in 2014 as a Student Support/Marketing Officer. She was born in China but grew up in Japan. She holds Bachelor of Chinese Language from Fudan University. She can speak Chinese, Japanese and English languages fluently. She can also speak Korean and Thai language at elementary level. She is always willing to attend inquiries and help Students with their needs. Seika’s primary focus is to continually increase CIBT’s brand awareness in International Education and help drive business results. As a highly experienced marketing officer, she keeps abreast of industry trends and challenges and provides business intelligence to the company.

Feng Li

Student Support / Admin Officer (ACT Campus)

Feng is a Student Support /Admin Officer at Crown Institute of Business and Technology of Canberra campus. After completing her Bachelor Degree in China, she came to Australia for further study in 2015 and graduated from the Australian National University with Master of Accounting. Having been living in Canberra for nearly 4 years gives her extensive knowledge about Canberra’s living and working environment for International Students.  She is passionate about working with students to ensure a wonderful and unforgettable time in Australia. Feng is happy to be part of the Student Support Team in CIBT and grow up with CIBT together to help students achieve their goals.

Nina Ardsavaimsuwan

Student Support / Admin Officer

Nina originates from Thailand and has been living in Australia since 2004. Nina graduated from Southern Cross University in Accounting and has been working in the Customer Service for more than 10 years. She is the Student Support and Admin Officer at Crown Institute of Business and Technology. She loves to meet new people from different nationality and ensures to provide a positive first impression to Students. She has a friendly, fun-loving, energetic and outgoing personality.

Saksham Onta

Student Support / Marketing Officer

Saksham is a Student Support / Marketing Officer at Crown Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT) at the Sydney campus since 2019. After completing his Bachelor in Business Administration Degree from Kathmandu University (Nepal) specializing in Finance, he came to Australia for further study in 2017 and graduated from the University Of Technology Sydney (UTS) with a Masters of Marketing degree. He worked as a Client Servicing Executive in an Advertising Agency back in Nepal and has 2 years’ experience as a Sales Professional in retail here in Australia. He seeks to utilize his skills and experience in marketing to engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance CIBT’s brand and business strategy.

Jenisha Manandhar

Administration / Student Support Officer

Jenisha Manandhar is an administration and student support officer for CIBT, with a specialization in International Studies and Journalism. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Nepal and continued her Master’s degree in International Studies in Australia. She enjoys working in a multicultural workplace where she can utilize and input her unique set of skills. She has earned over 3 years of experience in leadership and management gained from her position as Chief Event Coordinator a fast-paced event management company in Nepal and a year of experience in administration in Australia.
 

Zolboo Azbayar

(Student Support /Admin Officer)

I am a Student Support / Admin Officer at Crown Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT) and a recent recruit to the team at the Sydney campus. I enjoy working with the generous and hardworking team here. As a student in a Bachelor’s degree myself, I understand international student’s life and willing to help with their needs and provide with support to spend quality time when studying at CIBT. As I am an easygoing and friendly person, do not hesitate to approach me at any time.

Brian Jung

(Student Support/Admin Officer)

Brian is working as a student support/marketing officer at the Crown Institute of Business and Technology. He is responsible for the provision of all aspects of student services and managing inquiries and applications for potential students, liaise with education agents and participating in student recruitment activities, and to develop and deliver marketing strategies of the CIBT. He is a very enthusiastic and flexible person with a friendly and professional attitude who can develop a relationship with people from a range of countries and cultural backgrounds.

Shefali Surabhi

(Marketing / Student Support Officer)

Shefali is the Student Support & Marketing Officer at Crown Institute of Higher Education & Technology since 2019. Previously, she has worked with King’s Own Institute and with some world-known organizations like Barclays Bank, IBM and Capgemini on different projects. She holds an MBA Project Management degree from India and Masters in Professional Accounting from King’s Own Institute Australia. She loves working here at CIBT and carries a positive attitude towards achieving her goals.
